Background
Roger was pleased to abandon his early retirement to join the team in the capacity of Financial Controller - as well as taking responsibility for the general office administration. Roger has a solid financial background, originally in Banking and then with the Inland Revenue. He then moved into the private commercial sector and was instrumental, in the early nineties, as Company Secretary and Management Accountant, in growing a new Estate Agency software business from its 3 person start to a market leading concern with a multi-million pound turnover and 200+ employees that is now a profitable part of the Guardian Newspaper Group.
